NBC General Meeting Information

NBC monthly meetings are held at 9:00 AM the first Wednesday of each month at the Newbury Town Office building, or as announced.  If school is cancelled or delayed, the meeting is cancelled.

Board of Directors meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of the month.  All NBC members are welcome to attend.  

Note:  Agendas/announcements/reminders are emailed to all NBC members prior to the meeting and the meeting minutes are emailed following the meeting.

Membership

• Residents of Newbury and the surrounding towns are eligible for membership in NBC.
• Male or female, we offer something for everyone.
• Retired or working, you can still become a valued contributor to NBC.
• It costs nothing to join, but the return is invaluable.    

Meetings

• NBC monthly meetings are held at 9:00 a.m. the firstWednesday of each month at the Newbury Town Office building or as announced.  
• If school is cancelled or delayed, the NBC monthly meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. the following Wednesday.  If the meeting will occur at a different time, you will be notified by email.
• Board of Directors meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of the month or more frequently if needed. All NBC members are welcome to attend.

Watering Instructions For Members

• For In-Town Watering – Pick up golf cart from shed at Town Office and follow instruction sheet located on the cart.
• For All Areas – Water daily or as needed. On Saturday, notify the person taking over the area the following week by phone or email.
