The Holiday Wreath/Boutique Sale is held the Saturday before Thanksgiving from 9:00-12:00 at the Newbury Town Offices.  Patrons purchase wreaths and decorations and then see our NBC “Elves” who create a personalized, unique wreath for them.  Roping, swags, birch bark arrangements, birch bark ornaments and other hostess gifts are available.  A Christmas Boutique with gently used items are available at great prices.
